Modeling IT service cost

provides an interface to model, manage and track cost of technical and business services. You use cost models to depict all aspects of a technical or business service. You start with creating cost model scenarios that emulate the service offerings of your IT organization. A cost model scenario is a set of cost models that are grouped by time and purpose. You then use the IT Service Cost Modeler interface to create cost models that you can associate with IT services. You can also specify the actual and planned costs for each cost element associated with a cost model and specify the amount by which each element is allocated to a cost model.
