This space contains information about the 7.3.00 release of the BMC AMI Ops Monitor for CICS product, formerly known as MainView for CICS product.
The BMC AMI Ops Monitor for CICS (also referred to as BMC AMI OpsM for CICS) product uses real-time data to show the performance of CICS regions. The BMC AMI Ops Monitor for CICS data collectors sample and measure system workloads or system resources at intervals that you define.

Creating a custom PDF
Go to the branch or topic for which you want to create a PDF.
On the toolbar in the upper-right of the window, clickand select Export to PDF:
Important
Although you can export to Microsoft Word, this portal is not optimized for Word exports. If you require an export in XML or HTML format, contact us .
In the Exporting PDF dialog box:
- In the Template box, select one of the following PDF styles:
- Simple to export a PDF with no cover, table of contents, or index
By default, the Simple template exports only the current page. - Standard to export a traditional PDF with a cover, table of contents, and index
By default, the Standard template exports the current page and its child pages.
- Simple to export a PDF with no cover, table of contents, or index
In the Export Scope box, select what you want to export:
- Only this page to export the current page
- This page and its children to export an entire section (current page and any child topics)
- In the Template box, select one of the following PDF styles:
Click Export.

It seems that SCTGDLL and other are needed to activate CTG monitoring, but there is no single hint in the documentation about this fact.

In this topic: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/x/qt9qQQ "Monitoring the CICS Transaction Gateway", we document that you need to "Update the PAS startup JCL" at this link: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/x/rN9qQQ where SCTGDLL (and other libraries and programs) are needed. I hope this resolves your issue.
