Emailing reports
There are two ways to email reports to users from the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) launch pad: Send or Schedule.
- Send: Use Send to immediately run and email a report. The report includes data that is current when you email the report.
For details about using Send, see Sending-reports. - Schedule: Use Schedule to run and email a report on a recurring basis, for example, once a week. The report includes data that is current each time the report is run and emailed. (You can choose to run and email a report immediately, for a one-time occurrence, using the Schedule Recurrance specification).
