Before you begin
- This scenario assumes that you created a new workflow that gathers customer information from the registration database and loads it to Customer Support's Remedy ITSM system.
- From the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio activity palette, select the Integration Mapping activity and connect it to the end of the current workflow.
To create a new mapping
- On the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio process canvas, double-click the Integration Mapping activity and select a target system.
