XML files used in CLI migration commands
The CLI uses four types of XML files as instruction sets to identify migration options and execute the migration or reporting specified. These files are included in the command-line sequence. You can use third-party XML editors to work with these files. The following table lists and describes these files.
The source and destination are not stored in any of these XML files. As a result, these files can be reused as needed for comparisons or difference reporting.

The CLI also makes XSD schema files available that can be used to validate XML documents.
