Authenticating unregistered users
When the Authenticate Unregistered Users option is selected in the AR System Administration: Server Information form, first attempts to find the user in the User form. If the user exists in the User form, attempts authentication through that form.
If the user does not exist in the User form, attempts authentication through the AREA plug-in.
You cannot get admin group permissions from the user's group list if the user is returned through external authentication. You can get admin group permissions only from the User form.
