Form to store all information about ad hoc approvers


The AP:AdhocDetails form is used to store all information about ad hoc approvers regardless of which Adhoc Form is specified on the AP:Process Definition form. The AP:AdhocDetails form stores the information that you enter through the AP:AdhocDialog form. For more information, see Form-to-view-add-to-and-remove-from-the-list-of-existing-ad-hoc-approvers.

Field

Description

Name

The name of the ad hoc approver.

Sequence

The sequence at which the ad hoc approver is added.

If Multiple

  • One—Indicates that at least one ad hoc approver must approve the corresponding request.
  • All—Indicates that at all the ad hoc approver must approve the corresponding request.

Independent

  • Yes—Indicates to the Approval Server that the request can proceed to the next level of its process without waiting for the signature of the current ad hoc approver.
  • No—Indicates to the Approval Server that the current ad hoc approver's signature is required before the request can proceed to the next level of its process.

Signature ID

The signature ID for which the ad hoc approver is added.

Detail ID

The detail ID corresponding to the signature for which the ad hoc approver is added.

Process Name

The name of the process to which the corresponding request belongs.

Form Name

The application request form through which the request was created.

Current Sequence

The current sequence of the corresponding process.

Application Request ID

The request ID of the application through which the corresponding request was created.

Locked

  • Yes—Indicates to the Approval Server that the ad hoc approver entry is ready to be associated with the corresponding approval request.
  • No—Indicates to the Approval Server that the ad hoc approver entry is not to be associated with the corresponding approval request.

When AP:AdhocDialog is used to add ad hoc approvers, this field is set to Yes by default.

SigToBeDeleted

When an ad hoc approver entry is deleted, this field is used to indicate the corresponding signature entry that should be deleted.
