Keyboard shortcuts

This topic provides information about the following BMC Remedy AR System keyboard shortcut keys:

The term focus refers to keyboard focus, not to virtual cursor positions defined by certain assistive technologies.

In the Section 508 accessibility mode, the following shortcut keys do not work. To access a character menu in 508 mode, you must be in Virtual PC Cursor (Non-Forms) mode.

These keys work only when the corresponding form action button is visible and enabled.

Note

In some browsers, the CTRL+ALT+F2 and CTRL+ALT+F3 shortcuts do not work. Alternatively, click the New Request and New Search buttons on the toolbar to switch modes. This is keyboard accessible because you can tab through the toolbar.
