Configuring BMC Helix application in Microsoft Teams

As a Microsoft Teams administrator, you install the BMC Helix application, which enable operators or other users in your organization to get notifications about the impacted services and situations proactively.

By using the BMC Helix application, operators can send commands and get information about the overall health of the environment in the application. Operators can also perform a few actions depending on the impacted service or situation.
