An Integration Service cluster is an ordered collection of Integration Services. You can create a cluster for the Integration Services that are registered to a Infrastructure Management Server. You can set all the Integration services as phone home for a BMC PATROL Agent using the /AgentSetup/integration/integrationServices configuration variable. When the first Integration Service mentioned in the phone home goes down, the PATROL Agent automatically connects to the second Integration Service. When the second Integration Service goes down, the PATROL Agent automatically connects to the third Integration Service.
