Maintenance outage for upgrade on Sunday, September 22

    While uninstalling a Knowledge Module, the Uninstall Solutions page is open in multiple browser instances at the same time. The uninstall process is triggered and is successfulonone browser instance. If the uninstall process is triggered for the same Knowledge Module on another instance where you have selected the Knowledge Module on the Uninstall Solutions page, on the PATROL Agent Details page, the following message is displayed:

    Unable to send monitoring solution details to PATROL Agent.

    On the PATROL Agent Details page, the status of the uninstallation appears as Uninstall Failed.

    However, the uninstallation of the Knowledge Module is successful.
