For a list of the BMC software products and versions that must be installed and functioning prior to implementing Triage and Remediation Solution, see the System Requirements in the documentation under Related installation and configuration documentation.
You must have installed and configured the BMC Atrium Orchestrator platform components, as described in Installing the BMC Atrium Orchestrator platform.
You must also download and run the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Content Installer, to install the various modules, adapters, and artifacts required by the solution. See Installing the BMC Atrium Orchestrator components for the solution.
If you are using BMC Remedy ITSM implementations, you must be running BMC Remedy ITSM and BMC Remedy Application Request System (ARS). BMC recommends you use the Content Installer to install the following preconfigured artifacts that are required for the solution:
Events can be processed with or without BMC Remedy ITSM implementations. If you do not want to install BMC Remedy ITSM artifacts related to the Triage and Remediation Solution, then use the Custom Set path to install the Atrium Orchestrator Content. See Installation paths.
