    While upgrading the TrueSight Presentation Server from version 10.1 to version 10.7, if your Single Sign-On (SSO) is in the High Availability (HA) mode, and if you have added the SSO certificate details in the TrueSightPServerInstalledConfiguration.xml file, the following message is displayed:

    Atrium Single Sign-On SSL certificate validation failed.

    The upgrade operation fails to proceed further.

    Solution

    Perform the following actions:

    1. Navigate to the TrueSight Presentation Server installation directory.
    2. Open the TrueSightPServerInstalledConfiguration.xml file, and add the following properties:

      <property>
      <name>IS_SSO_SERVER_IN_HA_MODE</name>
      <value>true</value>
      </property>
      <property>
      <name>SSO_CERTIFICATE_HOME</name>
      <value>Path for SSO certificate</value>
      </property>

      An example of the path to an SSO certificate could be C:\tmp\<SSO certificate name>.cer

    3. Save the TrueSightPServerInstalledConfiguration.xml file.

    4. Continue with the upgrade operation.
