The TrueSight Presentation Server integrates with Atrium Single Sign-On to authenticate the TrueSight products that are registered with the Presentation Server. After registering Atrium Single Single Sign-On with the Presentation Server, you can configure some of the Atrium Single Sign-On settings from the TrueSight console.

Before you begin

  • You must have installed Atrium Single Sign-On.
  • You must have installed the Presentation Server.

To configure Atrium Single Sign-On

  1. Log in to the TrueSight console.

     Steps to access the console

    1. From a supported browser, enter the IP address or host name of the TrueSight Presentation server as shown in this table. The following table indicates the format to access the TrueSight console using example IP addresses for both Windows and Linux environments:


      Windows default access

      Windows with custom port


      https://<host name>https://<host name>:<portNumber>

      Linux default access with default port

      Linux with custom port


      https://<host name>:8043https://<host name>:<portNumber>
    2. On the Login page, enter your user name and password, and press Enter

  2. Select Administration > Atrium SSO.
  3. Click the action menu for Configure Atrium SSO with TrueSight Presentation Server and select Edit.
  4. The Atrium SSO Integration page displays the following fields:

    SSO Server HostReview the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the Atrium Single Sign-On server. You cannot change this setting.
    SSO Server PortUse the default port number (8443), or enter a new port number.
    SSO Server UsernameUse the default Atrium Single Sign-On username (amadmin) or enter a different username.
    SSO Server PasswordEnter the password for the amadmin user for Atrium Single Sign-On.
  5. Click Test Connection to verify the connection to the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server. See the notification to ensure the connection was successful.
