hey folks - above is a note
Note
You must wait for the status of the Presentation Server to be Running before applying feature packs or fix packs.
but it doesn't say how to check the status which is...
TSSH Server Status

Thank you, Michael. I've updated the note to include the command.

Please note that if I run the tssh server status command using "Run As Administrator" mode I can see that all the TSPS services are running:
Process status
===============================
Core Server Running (7940)
Index Server Running (6680)
Database Server Running (6364)
while if I run the same command without the "Run As Administrator" mode I can see a different result (but it seems to be not correct because TSPS is actually up and running):
Process status
===============================
Core Server Not running (7940)
Index Server Not running (6680)
Database Server Running (6364)
