    After a successful installation of the TrueSight Presentation Server, if you access the Maintenance Tool and select the Zip Logs or Zip All Logs option, the TrueSightPserverLogs.zip file is downloaded in the tmp directory. When extracted, the TrueSightPserverLogs folder is empty. 

    To resolve this issue, use the WinRar software instead of Winzip to extract the contents of the TrueSightPserverLogs.zip file.
