Managing infrastructure reports

Using the Infrastructure Reports page of the TrueSight console, you can view and manage infrastructure reports associated with the Infrastructure Management server version 11.3.04 and later. You can view the Infrastructure Reports page if all of the following conditions are true:

  • At least one TrueSight Infrastructure Management is added as a component to the Presentation Server.
  • You must have the Allow Operations Console permission.
  • You must have one of the following permissions:
    • Allow View Reports
    • Allow Manage Reports

SLO reports are displayed on the Infrastructure Reports page. However, you cannot create new SLO reports as the SLO console is dropped starting from 11.3.04 release. For more information, see Deprecated and dropped features and components. Open link

To view a list of infrastructure reports

If you have the Allow View Reports permission, you can view a list of infrastructure reports.

Do the following:

  1. Log in to the TrueSight console, and select Infrastructure Reports.
    A list of the Infrastructure Management servers that are added as components to the Presentation Server, their versions and connection status are displayed.
  2. From the Actions menu of an Infrastructure Management server, select View. 
    The Reports page displays all the infrastructure reports associated with the selected Infrastructure Management server. 
    NoteYou can only view a list of infrastructure reports, but can't add, edit, delete, enable, or disable them.

To manage a list of infrastructure reports

If you have the Allow Manage Reports permission, you can view the reports, and perform other operations such as add, edit, delete, enable, or disable infrastructure reports.

Do the following:

  1. Log in to the TrueSight console, and select Infrastructure Reports.
    A list of the Infrastructure Management servers that are added as components to the Presentation Server, their versions, and connection status are displayed.
  2. From the Actions menu of an Infrastructure Management server, select Manage. 
    The Reports page that displays all the infrastructure reports associated with the selected Infrastructure Management server. For more information on how to perform various operations on infrastructure reports, see Generating infrastructure reports.
