Tasks are related to cases and allow HR agents to organize actions that they must perform to complete cases they have access to. They can add a task to a case and then manage the task from the case form, or by using the Tasks console.

On the Tasks tab, the results table displays tasks that you have access to. You can search for tasks, and filter the list of tasks that are shown.

From the Tasks console, you can perform the following actions:

  • Modify a task that is selected from the results table by clicking Modify Task.
  • Modify a case that is related to the task selected from the results table by clicking Modify Case.
  • Change the assignment of a task by clicking Assign.
