Storage Systems Information

Introduction

This is the home page for Storage System Information documentation.The documentation is divided into the following sections:

  • Release notes and notices: Accompany each product release and provide details of new features introduced in that release as well as known issues/workarounds.
  • Approaches to storage discovery: A description of the different approaches BMC Helix Discovery uses to discover storage components. 

TKU May 2019 release introduces the "Distributed Storage Systems" feature. Please visit the Distributed Storage concepts and principles page for details and for more information about this release the TKU May 2019 page.


BMC Discovery supports a single-credential approach for connection to the target database. Please use single credentials for one database.
