In TKU July 2017 the following updates were implemented:
- process_args value now passed to the get_member_ip function to avoid potential ECA erros (DRDC1-9221)
- added an alternative method of member IP extraction (DRDC1-9221)
- added an alternative method of cluster_id extraction (DRDC1-9221)
