9.0.01, August 25, 2015

Service Pack 1 for BMC Virtual Agent 9.0 is available. For  information about the service pack, see 9.00.01: Service Pack 1.

Version 9.0.00 of BMC Virtual Agent includes the following enhancements:

  • Installer automation of several manual configuration tasks
  • Improvements to the new Self Service Portal
  • Improved handling of attachments
  • VIP support queue

It also corrects issues for the following components:

  • Reports
  • Support Agent console
  • Virtual Agent console
