Network ports

Consult the following tables for information about the various ports used by TrueSight Infrastructure Management when integrating with on-premises products. The port numbers provided in this topic are based on a default implementation of TrueSight Infrastructure Management.

    This port listing is worthless when planning a design of Firewall rules! It needs to be in a format of Source:Destination:Port e.g. TSIM:Remedy Mid-Tier: or Remedy AR Server:TSIM API:8443

    I am currently trying to build FW rules and I can't convert the above into rules.

    You must be able to tell which component of which product is talking to which and on what port. Even if the port is defined as a variable like .

      Thats true . We should have the Ports documentation with source and Target values . Atleast Network schematic diagram will be helpful for CMDB and ITSM Remedy integration .
