This section contains information about enhancements in version 7.6.06 of the BMC Analytics for Business Service Management (BMC Analytics for BSM) product.

New supported applications

BMC Analytics for BSM now supports the following applications:

  • BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite 8.0.00
  • BMC Atrium Single Sign-On 8.0.01
  • BMC Knowledge Management 8.0.0
  • BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 3.0.00
  • SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise BI 4.0

BMC Remedy Knowledge Management reporting

BMC Analytics for BSM can now be used to report on BMC Knowledge Management. The new class Remedy Knowledge Management has been added to the ITSM universe, and new objects and conditions are available. For a complete list of objects and conditions added to the universe, see the attached spreadsheet.

Support for SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise BI 4.0

BMC Analytics for BSM now supports SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise BI 4.0. You can obtain version 4.0 from the BMC Analytics for BSM Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) website. The procedures and screenshots in this documentation portal have been updated to reflect support for the new version.

This version of BMC Analytics for BSM only supports the ITSM universe.

SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 continues to be supported. To obtain version 3.1, contact BMC Customer Support.
