You must delete the BMC Analytics for Business Service Management (BMC Analytics for BSM) agent from the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server before you can install a new version of the BMC Analytics for BSM product. Use the steps in this topic.
You must have uninstalled BMC Analytics for BSM and removed the fiscal calendar form from BMC Remedy AR fiscal calendar.
If you are upgrading BMC Analytics for BSM and migrating from SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 to SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.0 or 4.1, proceed to Migrating from SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 to SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.0 or 4.1.
