You must delete the BMC Analytics for Business Service Management (BMC Analytics for BSM) agent from the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server before you can install a new version of the BMC Analytics for BSM product. Use the steps in this topic.

Before you begin

You must have uninstalled BMC Analytics for BSM and removed the fiscal calendar form from BMC Remedy AR fiscal calendar.

To configure the environment

  1. Stop and disable the Apache Tomcat version 6.0 server that was installed by the earlier version.
  2. Launch the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On server by using the following URL and an account with administrator privileges:
    https://<hostname>:<port>/atriumsso
  3. Perform the steps in the procedure "To delete an agent account" in the Managing BMC product agents topic.
