C17 - Number of Successful Changes

This report shows all changes that have been successfully implemented in the period. The report also shows the breakdown of these changes by product category.

Usage

Use this report to track the total number of changes implemented, and also to identify product categories that are responsible for a large number of changes.

Report assumptions

Changes with a status of Closed and a status reason of either Successful or Successful with Issues are considered.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
