Display of accelerator information in batch Explain reports

The skeleton JCL members for Explain (PSSSANLY) and Explain and Compare (PSSSBOTH) include a new optional Explain parameter, ACCEL=. ACCEL=Y (the default) displays accelerator eligibility rules in batch Explain reports.

The skeleton JCL member for Explain (PSSSANLY) includes an optional Explain parameter, QACCEL. The QACCEL parameter sets the CURRENT QUERY ACCELERATION special register to override the default value of the Db2 subsystem. This feature lets you test potential impact to the IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator (IDAA) by performing a dynamic explain.
