List of providers
This topic provides information about the providers that are available for integration with BMC MyIT and BMC Remedy with Smart IT (Smart IT).

Providers in BMC MyIT and Smart IT

The following settings are predefined mappings of BMC MyIT asset fields and BMC Atrium CMDB attributes, which are used when importing assets.

For all other installation scenarios, enable User Details pluggable provider.|
- Depending on whether you have the BMC Service Request Management application available, you can select either SRM or Incident Management pluggable provider. Both providers cannot be selected at a time.
- Ensure that HR Case - User Details pluggable provider and User Details pluggable provider are not simultaneously enabled. If you have installed MyIT with only BMC HR Case Management, enable the HR Case - User Details pluggable provider. For all other installation scenarios, enable the User Details pluggable provider.
