Creating and managing the service catalog

As an administrator for BMC Digital Workplace or the BMC Digital Workplace service, you can populate the service catalog for your organization and also configure the application to best suit your needs.

The following table describes the tasks that you can perform to populate the service catalog:

Create groups based on different criteria, and add services and articles to these groups. You can populate the Catalog from various sources.

Display items such as services and knowledge articles from BMC Service Request Management in BMC Digital Workplace.
