Announcement December 18, 2014

2.2.00: 2.2.00 is available on December 19, 2014. The highlights for version 2.2.00 includes the following enhancements:

  • Service request improvements:
    • Users can resubmit resolved service requests.
    • Support for populating service request fields based on the user's input for a field.
    • Ability to disable attachments on the service requests.
    • Ability to update existing requests by adding an attachment.
    • Support for adding three attachments to a service request.
    • Support for BMC Service Request Management SRD actions, instructions for questions, and regular expressions for text-based questions.
  • Customized subject and sender fields for email notifications
  • New AppZone configuration interface
  • Improved rebranding of the universal client
  • Improved UI: Resizing the knowledge article popup window
