System requirements

Before you install the product, ensure that your environment meets the hardware and software requirements listed below.

If you are using the enhanced catalog features provided by BMC Digital Workplace Catalog, you will also require valid licenses for the external systems that will be integrated through service connectors. For more information, see  Service connector capabilities.

Authentication (if you do not use BMC Remedy AR System).

Required for Configuration Management database service connector and enables additional integration in BMC Digital Workplace Catalog for imported service requests that are mapped to requestable offerings.

Required to enable authentication for  BMC Digital Workplace Catalog end user requests for services in the BMC Digital Workplace Catalog .
