Embedding custom pages from BMC Helix Platform
This feature allows your end users to view the required pages in their BMC Digital Workplace application. For example, if you create a corresponding configuration, managers who work with both applications, can track the BMC Helix Platform requests from their teams in the BMC Digital Workplace end user console.
This feature is not applicable to Apple iOS and Google Android BMC Digital Workplace applications.
The following illustration shows a high-level overview of the end-to-end process of embedding custom pages from the BMC Helix Platform application to the BMC Digital Workplace application:

BMC Helix Platform pages in BMC Digital Workplace
After the BMC Digital Workplace administrator configures and saves the BMC Helix Digital Workplace custom page in the Admin console, all end users can access it from the main navigation bar in the end user console. If the administrator adds more than one custom page, these pages are placed one next to the other.
If the administrator sets different page titles for different locales, the page titles are displayed for end users according to the locale specified in their browser settings.
If the user navigates to the custom page, the corresponding page of BMC Helix Platform application is automatically loaded in place of the BMC Digital Workplace
page. The following illustration shows an example of a BMC Helix Platform page embedded to the BMC Digital Workplace application:
If you have RSSO configured, users are not prompted to log in to BMC Helix Platform when they access it from BMC Digital Workplace.
