Configuring service connectors

Before you can start using the capabilities of any connector, you must configure the connection with this connector. This topic describes how to configure any supported connector.

Perform the following steps to configure any connector:

  1. Log in to BMC Digital Workplace Catalog as a catalog administrator.
  2. Navigate to the Services > Connectors.
  3. Select a service connector you want to configure connection with.
  4. Click Edit Connector.
  5. Complete the configuration details, and click Save.

    The configuration details that you need to provide are different for each connector.

  6. To verify the connection is established, click Test Connector.

  7. The following illustration shows steps of configuring integration with a Remedy connector.
