Organization administrators and suppliers can share the responsibility for creating and updating service catalog items for brokering through the organization's service catalog. This provides collaboration opportunities with internal and external suppliers to keep the details of any type of service up to date.
While external service suppliers can create service catalog items to include in an organization's catalog, the external service supplier cannot automatically approve and publish those items. This gives the organization's Service Catalog Administrator full control over the services released to the organization's end users.
