    • Export to PDF to export the current page or a set of pages to PDF
  2. If exporting to PDF, select what template you want to use:

Frequently asked questions

This topic provides information that supplements the BMC MyIT 3.0 Service Broker documentation.
What is BMC MyIT Service Broker all about?

BMC MyIT Service Broker is a web-based app for administering a next-generation service catalog. You can learn more about the solution in 3.0.00 features.

 Is BMC MyIT still required?

BMC MyIT Service Broker is a provider of aggregated service catalogs to BMC MyIT. End users request services through the familiar BMC MyIT interface, and behind the scenes, BMC MyIT Service Broker orchestrates the fulfillment of the request.

Does BMC MyIT Service Broker replace BMC Service Request Management?

BMC MyIT Service Broker does not replace BMC Service Request Management (SRM). However, when integrating with BMC MyIT, administrators can choose whether to connect BMC MyIT to BMC SRM directly, or connect BMC MyIT to a BMC MyIT Service Broker instance connected to BMC SRM.

Is BMC MyIT Service Broker multitenant capable?

Yes. From the beginning, BMC MyIT Service Broker was designed to be multitenant. The app code, and the data that powers the app, is shared between tenant instances. However, all customer data is stored separately for each tenant.

How do I get started with BMC MyIT Service Broker?

BMC MyIT Service Broker is available as an OnDemand application. Contact your BMC account representative to discuss how our solution could work in your organization.
