Enabling surveys in BMC Digital Workplace
To enable surveys for services
- In the BMC Digital Workplace Admin console, click the Service Requests tab.
- Select Surveys.
- Turn on the Enabled toggle key.
- Click Save.
When you have enabled surveys, you must configure the types of service requests for which you would like surveys to be sent.
