Enabling surveys in BMC Digital Workplace

As a BMC Helix Digital Workplace administrator, you enable customer satisfaction surveys for completed services:

  • IT requests in IT Service Management  
  • HR cases in BMC HR Case Management
  • Enhanced services in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog.


To enable surveys for services 

  1. In the BMC Digital Workplace Admin console, click the Service Requests tab.
  2. Select Surveys.
  3. Turn on the Enabled toggle key.
  4. Click Save.
    When you have enabled surveys, you must configure the types of service requests for which you would like surveys to be sent.
