Creating multiuser request questionnaires

Catalog administrators, internal service supplier administrators, and internal service suppliers create multiuser request questionnaires for services that an end user can request on behalf of (OBO) multiple users. For information about multiuser services, see Requesting services on behalf of other end users.

An end user can submit a single multiuser request for up to 20 users. In addition to this limitation, catalog administrators can set a default limit for all new multiuser request questionnaires. For details, see Setting the default limit for OBO users in a multiuser request questionnaire.
