Reports and analysis of the enhanced service catalog

As a service catalog administrator, you can view reports that provide real-time insight into service popularity, accrued costing, and supplier performance metrics set in the service level agreement.

You can also filter service requests as required, and view details of a selected service. You access the available reports from the Reports menu available on the main page header panel of BMC Digital Workplace Catalog.

Reports overview

You can view the following reports onscreen in graphic format, or download the data in comma separated value format to analyze using other software:

  • Service Trending: Analyze service requests over time to find trends in type of services requested.

  • Service Costing: Measure the total costs of providing services over time.

  • Service Level Agreement: Rate the performance against the trackable metrics assigned to vender service level agreements.

  • Service Requests: Filter service requests by date, and view details of selected service requests.
