Client compatibility matrix

This page describes the client administration console requirements for this release of BMC MyIT Service Broker.

Important

Review the product compatibility matrix for the latest, most complete information about currently supported platforms.

BMC support login credentials are required for you to access this information.

  1. Log in to Product Availability and Compatibility on the BMC website.
  2. Select BMC PRODUCT AND VERSION. Enter MyIT Service Broker and select the version.

Service catalog administration console client

The service catalog administration console has been tested for use with the web browser versions and operating systems listed in the following table. This list applies to both on-premises and on-demand deployments. The specific administration capabilities are based on the role assigned to the user's account.

Mobile compatibility

MyIT Service Broker does not include native apps for mobile devices. The administrative interface will work in a mobile web browser, but the screen has not been optimized for mobile devices.
