Managing reports data and user access

Important

This topic provides an overview of tasks related to managing reports data and user access to reports.

In addition to administering report communications, the reports data warehouse, and sites for the reporting environment of your organization, you also need to manage the reports data and user access to reports. To export reports

You can export reports using the export capability available in Content Administration in IBM Cognos Administration (see the IBM Cognos Business Intelligence Administration and Security Guide for details).
If you are exporting reports as part of the system backup, when the report export is complete, ensure that you back up the exported file.
