BMC Decision Support for Server Automation is a web-based reporting application that provides extensive reporting capabilities related to your data-center servers that are managed by BMC.
BMC Decision Support for Server Automation uses rich data warehouse schema and dimensional modeling principles to access and report on historical data captured by BMC Server Automation. In addition to a wide variety of built-in reports, BMC Decision Support for Server Automation also provides a way to easily create your own custom reports.
Alternatively, you can use reporting applications (for example, Tableau, Business Objects, SAP, Informatica, and so on) already available in your environment to generate customized reports. These reporting tools can use the Open schema views provided by BMC Decision Support for Server Automation to generate required reports.
