BSA Value Dashboard issues

The following questions may help you resolve problems using the Value Dashboard:

My Value Dashboard output does not change.

  • View the run history of the report in in BMC BladeLogic Decision Support for Server Automation to determine if the value dashboard report is running.
  • Check if the Value Dashboard report's schedule is enabled.

My Value Dashboard figures for a particular month have changed.

The ETL tool may have inserted some data for that month. This scenario can occur if your ETL run frequency is once or twice a month.
