Running ETL for multitenancy
After you execute the NSH Script Job, you must run extract, transform, load (ETL) to transfer information about the CUSTOMER property in the BMC Decision Support for Server Automation reports data warehouse.
To run ETL
- On the reports server, from the command line, navigate to the BDS_HOME\shared\odi\bin directory.
Run the following command:
nsh run_etl.nsh -s <siteName>
<siteName> represents the BMC Server Automation Application Server on which you have configured the CUSTOMER property for multiple tenants.
For example:
nsh run_etl.nsh -s AppServer1
