Roles and access to report definitions
By default, all roles have access to the folders and built-in on the Public Folders tab.
Administrators can change the permissions assigned to a role to view or take actions (such as scheduling) on each report or report definition.
If you have permission to create report definitions, you can make your report definitions available to other roles.
