This topic describes security administration for BMC Decision Support for Server Automation

BMC Decision Support for Server Automation uses single sign-on (SSO) functionality of BMC Server Automation in a different manner than other BMC Server Automation applications. A reports user logs on to the reports client (a web browser) by providing the user credentials required for his or her authentication type. Using these credentials, the reports server accesses the BMC Server Automation Authentication Service for reports and acquires user credentials in the name of the authenticating user.
