OUTFILE keyword

For the label export task (LBLXPORT), Database Integrity requires the name of a data set to contain the labels that are copied from a label data set (KSDS).

This data set must be pre-existing and defined as physical sequential (DSORG=PS).

The OUTFILE keyword is optional on the LBLXPORT statement. It is not valid on the other control statements.

Syntax

OUTFILE(dataSetName)

Values

Code the data set name of the library containing the labels to export. The maximum length is 44 characters, including periods.

Default

The data set specified with the OUTFILE DD statement.
