System status and important notifications are always accessible at the BMC Helix Control-M status page:

All email notifications are sent from no-reply@control-m.com


This policy indicates target lead times for different types of notifications.

Notification recipients

There are two primary recipients, the registered administrator and the emergency contact.  These are supplied by you when a new Helix-Control-M tenant is requested.  If these contact details need to be changed, it is your responsibility to indicate the change by opening a support request with the helpdesk.

BMC-declared disaster
