BMC Helix Notification policy
System status and important notifications are always accessible at the BMC Helix Control-M status page:

This policy indicates target lead times for different types of notifications.
Notification recipients
There are two primary recipients, the registered administrator and the emergency contact. These are supplied by you when a new Helix-Control-M tenant is requested. If these contact details need to be changed, it is your responsibility to indicate the change by opening a support request with the helpdesk.

Production maintenance – scheduled | 14 calendar days |
Non-production maintenance - scheduled | 7 calendar days |
Maintenance – emergency | ASAP |
Security incidents | Within 24 hours after validation of the security event |
Customer outage | ASAP |
BMC-declared disaster | As soon as the disaster is declared by BMC |
Disaster recovery testing | 6 weeks |
