Accessing and navigating the Service Assurance for CSP application

When you first log in to the Service Assurance for CSP application, the ticket console is displayed. This console lists all the trouble tickets in the application.

Tailoring the Service Assurance for CSP console for your work

You can filter the tickets by using the Advanced filter option.

Additionally, you can use the Columns option to hide or unhide the columns on the Console.
