Outstanding Issues

You might experience one or more of the following issues:

Control-M Service	Symptom
Control-M Reports	(CTM-12251) Reports fail to generate from Control-M Web or Automation API and the following error message appears: Unexpected end of JSON Input 2025 job history data is not saved in the Control-M/EM database and not available in the following reports: Workflow Distribution Extreme Peak Usage Trend Analysis Jobs Execution
Usage Alerts	An erroneous Control-M Usage Alert might be issued, incorrectly notifying you that you have exceeded the permitted limit of tasks.
Control-M Usage Reporting Tool	Fails to run. Warning Note Resolution of this issue is still under investigation. The solution provided below enables the Usage Reporting Tool to resume running, but data from the beginning of January 2025 is missing.
