Web-UI capabilities

The following capabilities are available in v9.0.20 Web-UI (New capabilities are marked in BLUE):

  • Planning Domain
    • Workspaces – a flexible framework for creating multiple workflows, using folders, jobs and dependencies.
      • Create/save/load workspace
      • Export workspace – xml compatibility to versions 9.0.00, 9.0.18, 9.0.19, 9.0.20
      • Create workflows for all Control-M supported job types
      • Copy/cut/delete jobs and folders in the workspace
      • Edit full job properties, including scheduling, prerequisites and actions
      • View job neighborhood to locate job predecessors and successors
      • Validate/check-in/order workspace or selected folders and jobs
      • WCM: add folder/job notes
      • WCM: submit workspace for a scheduler review
    • Find & Update
      • Advanced job search based on multiple criteria
      • Mass-update of selected job properties for multiple jobs
  • Monitoring Domain

      • Create a Viewpoint based on multiple filters and hierarchies
      • Edit and save Viewpoints
      • Support of all job operations for active jobs, including hold, release, return, restart, confirm, set to OK, skip, bypass, delete, kill, run now (force), and edit.
      • View job neighborhood to locate job predecessors and successors
      • Edit job properties 
      • View complete job details, including summary, job settings, full job log, job output, statistics, scripts and documentation.
      • Job waiting information – view detailed information to investigate jobs in waiting state, track predecessors and manually apply unmet conditions to run the jobs

      • Search archived jobs, using advanced search criteria
    • Order selected jobs and folders without switching to the Planning Domain
