Control-M compatibility with browsers
Control-M is highly optimized for Google Chrome. In our tests, we've managed to open and use viewpoints with 20000 jobs.
Microsoft Internet Explorer supports up to 10000 jobs in a viewpoint.

- MFT - The embedded File Transfer Server (FTS) is supported only on Windows and Linux.
- MFT Enterprise – Hub component is supported only on Windows and Linux.
- MFT Enterprise – Gateway component is supported only on Linux.

Note
- The Gateway must be installed in the DMZ area for accepting file transfer requests from outside your organization.

I've been searching the entire BMC website for Control-M Self Service 9.0.19 Releas Notes whitout success in order to know its compatibility with lower versions of Control-M/Enterprise Manager. Is Control-M Self Service 9.0.19 supported by Control-M/Enterprise Manager 9.0.18.200? Thanks in advance.
Hi Alejandro. Thanks for your feedback. From what I understand, Control-M Self Service versions are fully synchronized with Control-M/EM in terms of new features. However, the activation media for Control-M Self Service is versionless, so if you activated Control-M Self Service with the most recent deliverable offered on our EPD site, it should work fine.

I have an upgrade from 9.0.0.300 to 9.0.19, is there any consideration for this activity? .... I have agents that by OS version still have 6.3 and 6.4 will work with this version?
Hi Claudio, V6.3, V6.4 and V7 Agents are no longer supported. I highly advise you to prepare their upgrade plan. Upgrading from V9 to V19 doesn't have any special considerations. The upgrade will keep you in compatibility mode, allowing you to upgrade your clients gradually. I recommend to approach support and leverage the AMIGO program. They will guide you on the upgrade plan.
